    I don't think they have it for consoles, just for PC (but I'm not 100% certain on that.)

    You cannot buy it in the US, but you can purchase it from stores in Europe. I bought mine from gameplay.co.uk. Keep in mind with the exchange rate, it will cost you double what you would pay for an equivalent game here.
